Semitropic School: Wasco, California, USA

Hello,

This is Semitropic School in Wasco, California. We are at 35 1/2 degrees north laditude and 156 1/2 degrees west longitude. We are a small rural school of about 250 students. We are currently competing in football and vollyball with other schools nearby. The 5-6 football team is undefeated. The vollyball team has lost one game. The school is over a hundred years old. The average temperature in the winter is about 55 degrees during the day. The average temperature is about 95 degrees in the summer.

Our school does not have a homepage yet but our city does. You can find it at http://www.ci.wasco.ca.us/. The city is known as the rose capital of the nation. You will see this at the home page. We have a brochure we are working on about the city and the area. If you want we can send it to you. We are anxious to begin the project on boiling water soon.
