Fifth grade students worked on a project this year in which they tracked earthquake occurrences using real-time data from the internet. This project was done in collaboration with other schools around the country through a partnership program with Stevens Institute of Technology.

Playing the role of a scientist working for the government, students wrote letters to the president explaining the importance of their program and asking for their continued support.
