Hello from Woodlands Elementary School,
We are located in Longwood, FL, right outside of Orlando. Our city is rather small, but we are so close to larger cities, including the tourist filled Orlando. We have so many amusement parks here, like Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Wet-n-Wild. We are also close to the beaches. You could drive about 45-60 minutes and you would hit a beach. Our sports include, lots of baseball, football, soccer, swimming, and basketball. Since Florida is so hot, many things are done outside. However, we are affected by rain, and are currently in our "Hurricane Season" right now.
Florida does have a lot of neat wildlife, and parks. We have alligators everywhere. We also have manatees, and lots of sharks. Almost anywhere you go, you would see squirrels playing. In some parks around here, you might even find the Florida Black Bear, or a bobcat. I look forward to sharing our environment with others.

Greetings from Bayonne!
We are a third grade class of 25 students. Bayonne is a pennisula city located about 12 miles from Manhattan. Our population is about 60,000 people. Our community is diverse. In our city you will find one-family, multi-family homes and apartments. There are many small playgrounds and a few large city parks with ball fields. In our parks you can travel along side the walkways that provide a view to the Bayonne Bridge and Staten Island. We can travel on a light rail train that can take us into Jersey City. Our school is a neighborhood school from Pre-K to grade 8. Most of us walk to school each day. We are looking forward to hearing from you!!!
