Final Report - June, 2003

Preeceville School, Preeceville, Saskatchewan, Canada

This is Preeceville' geography class's final report on the Global Sun Project. we are located in Saskatchewan Canada.

For this project I choose a project called the Global project. For this project I had to write many people that were also in the project and get to know them and their location. I recorded the temputures here for a week and the average time of sunlight. After everyone summitted there data I started to graph all the places. I graphed there temputure and average minutes of sunlight. I ordered them from the farthest north and so on. I also made a map, then I took tabs and recorded all there information given.

I learnt that at this time of the year all the places farther north recieve much more daylight than to the south. Some places were hotter than others because of the tilt of the earth at the time. As you put this information on a graph you will see the difference between locations to north and south.

I learn't many new things with this project. The coolest thing I learnt is tht in Preeceville we have both the highest temputure average in minutes of sunlight Also at this time of year Singapore has the same temputer as we do. It was a great experience and was very interesting to talk to people all around the world. A thank you goes to all the people who wrote back and participated with me in this project. It wouldn' of been easy with out you guys.

Yours Truly
