Purpose of Today's Workshop
Today you will become familiar with the Project Management Plan. This plan has been designed to guide you in developing a project that you intend to implement in your classroom. First you will review each part of the plan with the instructor. Then you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned. Lastly, participants will share their experiences with their colleagues. During the afternoon, you will have time to complete group and topic selections for summer projects. Additionally, you will be able to search for resources applicable to your project. By the end of the day, you will be expected to write specific learning objectives for your summer project.Project Implementation
