I made 5 lines. These lines are parallel because they each have the same slope. Their slope is 4.
I made 2 parabolas. I made them reflect each other. They reflected because I changed the positive x to a negative x.
I made a set of perpendicular lines. They are perpendicular because I made the slope of the second line the opposite reciprocal of the slope of the first line.
