Engineering Our Future NJ Middle School Program: A World in Motion

 

Engineering Our Future New Jersey, a partnership between Stevens Institute of Technology and several organizations including NJ Department of Education, Verizon, and the SAE International A World in Motion®  program, brings exemplary curricula to classrooms. AWIM activities weave together science, math, technology, teamwork skills, and reinforce key concepts such as force, motion, gears, and mechanical advantage.

Today's Objective

Explore curriculum materials for introducing a pre-engineering activity to your science or technology classroom. This 4-8 week unit engages students in problem-solving activities involving toy design.
